Shipping
Adore packages are shipped via Courier Guy, or Postnet to Postnet, with an additional R100 shipping fee within South Africa. The standard lead time for these providers is 2-3 working days. We also included PUDO as a shipping option, but please keep in mind that the lead time can take +/- 5 working days.
For the Postnet to Postnet option, please ensure that you insert the correct address for the receiving Postnet store.
We will notify you via email when your package has been shipped, along with the tracking number.
For nearby customers, there's a "Pick Up" option to select at check-out.
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
You may change the size within a week of receiving your package.
We do not cover the return shipping cost.
The item should be unwashed and unworn when you return it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You can email us when you want to return your item and we will arrange the details with you personally.
Production time for in-stock items and not-in-stock items.
Each item's production time will be different. Some items we have in stock and can ship right away, while others are produced only once orders are received. Our production time for items not in stock in the studio is about 10–14 working days due to the fact that we work on a pre-order basis for specific items. We only start the production of an item once the order is finalized. Please read the product description of the item you want to order. Under the product description, it will mention if the product will take 10–14 working days or not. Please follow the link to read more about our pre-order system.
