Pre-order
Production time for in-stock items and not-in-stock items:
Each item's production time will be different. Some items we have in stock and can ship right away, while others are produced only once orders are received. Our production time for items not in stock in the studio is about 10–14 working days due to the fact that we work on a pre-order basis for specific items. We only start the production of an item once the order is finalized. Please read the product description of the item you want to order. Under the product description, it will mention if the product will take 10–14 working days or not.
WHY WE PREFER PRE-ORDERS?
Every item is specially made for each customer. The production process starts when orders are received. We do this to save on fabric waste and to avoid overproduction of items. Therefore, our lead-time for some of our items is 10-14 working days.
